Plain-English privacy.

When you submit the quote form, we receive: your name, your business name, your city, your phone number (optional), and the description you wrote. That's it.

When you call or email us directly, we keep that conversation in our regular inboxes. Same as any other business relationship.

If you sign up for our local SEO or Google Business Profile services, we'll also receive: access to your Google Business Profile, your website's CMS or hosting login (so we can edit it), and — if you choose — a list of past customers you want us to send review requests to. We use this information only to do the work you hired us for.

We do not currently use any analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers on this site.

We use it to quote your project, build your site, run your SEO, or manage your Google profile — whichever you hired us for. We may keep your contact information after the project ends so we can reach you if there's a hosting issue or if you ask for follow-up work.

For SEO/GBP customers: review-request lists you send us are used only to send those review requests. We delete the list within 90 days of you cancelling the service.

We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.

Quote requests we don't end up working on get deleted within 12 months. If we build your site, we keep your contact info for as long as we host the site or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

You can ask us at any time to delete the information we have about you. Email hello@prolocalbuilder.com with the subject line "Delete my data" and we'll do it within 30 days. We'll confirm by email when it's done.

This site doesn't set cookies. If we ever add features that require them (such as a logged-in client area), we'll update this page first.

Quote form (Formspree). When you submit the quote form, the data is delivered to our inbox through Formspree. They act as our processor for that single delivery — they don't use your information for anything else. Their privacy policy applies.

Maps. The maps on this site are served by OpenStreetMap. When you view a page that has a map, your browser fetches map tiles directly from OpenStreetMap servers. We have no control over what they log; their privacy policy applies.

Fonts. The fonts on this site are loaded by Next.js's font optimizer and served from our domain. We don't fetch them from Google Fonts at runtime.

For SEO/GBP customers, we sign you into your own Google Business Profile and (when you give us access) your own website's hosting or CMS. Your data stays in your accounts. We don't copy it anywhere else.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. The good news: we don't sell or share your personal information with anyone, full stop. So there's nothing to opt out of.

You can still ask us to delete your data anytime — see "Your rights" above. We process those requests within 30 days, the same way for everyone, no matter what state you live in.
